Overview
Support OSCE work on Roma and Sinti human rights across participating States. The associate monitors discrimination and policy, drafts analysis and briefings, implements programmes, builds institutional and civil-society partnerships and organizes dialogue, training, outreach and field activities.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on Roma and Sinti human-rights conditions
- Analyze legislation, policy and risks of discrimination or conflict
- Draft reports, briefings, memoranda and talking points
- Develop and implement inclusion and human-rights programmes
- Build links with OSCE bodies, governments and civil society
- Plan meetings, field visits, outreach and dialogue activities
- Design and deliver training for authorities and Roma organizations
Requirements
- Relevant second-level degree, or first-level degree with two additional years of experience
- At least two years of directly related experience, or four years with a first-level degree
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Nomination and secondment by an OSCE participating State
