Job Description
Support the OSCE Secretariat’s anti-trafficking office to analyse developments and regional trends, develop research and policy outputs, coordinate stakeholders and events, and strengthen participating States’ action against trafficking. Lead evidence-based assessments, facilitate policy and legal analysis, and support technical assistance, capacity building, project development and advocacy.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Analyze trafficking-related political, legal and human-dimension developments
- Collect and analyze regional trends and comparative assessments
- Develop research concepts and supervise contracted experts
- Draft briefs, speeches, research papers and reports
- Maintain contacts with States, authorities, NGOs and partner organizations
- Organize meetings, workshops and conferences
Role Requirements
- First-level university degree in a relevant subject
- At least seven years of experience, or five with a relevant second-level degree
- Knowledge of trafficking in human beings and anti-trafficking stakeholders
- Professional fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Working knowledge of another OSCE regional language, particularly Russian, is desirable

Additional Information
- Open for secondment only; assignment costs are borne by participating-State authorities.
- A three-year roster may be created for fixed-term seconded posts.
