Job Description
Serves as Deputy Head of OHCHR’s Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine, based in Kyiv. The officer provides strategic leadership for monitoring, verification, analysis, reporting and advocacy; directs field and investigative work; advises UN and national leaders; manages staff, resources and partnerships; promotes protection, accountability and international-law compliance; and represents.

Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in law international relations political science social sciences or related field
- At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in human rights international relations law political affairs or related area
- Experience in human rights monitoring investigation analysis and reporting
- Experience managing teams and programmes
- English is required
