Summary of Responsibilities

  • Lead human rights programme development and political analysis
  • Produce reports and oral and written briefings
  • Manage planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmes
  • Maintain relations with human rights institutions and government bodies
  • Integrate a gender perspective into mission activities

Role Requirements

  • Second-level university degree in political sciences, international relations, public policy, law or human rights related fields
  • At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience including 3 years at management level
  • Professional fluency in English

Desired Criteria

  • Knowledge of local languages is desirable
