Head of Human Rights (S3)New

Leads the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina human-rights portfolio, directing programme development, political analysis and results-based planning. The head produces strategic reporting and briefings, manages projects and teams, works with institutions at all levels of government and integrates gender perspectives while advancing compliance with international human-rights standards

• Lead human rights programme development and political analysis
• Produce reports and oral and written briefings
• Manage planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmes
• Maintain relations with human rights institutions and government bodies
• Integrate a gender perspective into mission activities

• Second-level university degree in political sciences, international relations, public policy, law or human rights related fields
• At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience including 3 years at management level
• Professional fluency in English

• Knowledge of local languages is desirable
