Project Associate

Supports implementation of IOM's socially inclusive labour-market-integration project in Türkiye. The Project Associate tracks activities and budgets, prepares reports and documentation, and coordinates administrative actions with partners and authorities. The role assists monitoring, stakeholder engagement, meetings and training, helping deliver employment and integration services for refuge

• Implement and monitor project activities
• Compile and analyse project information and data
• Monitor budgets, fund availability and budget updates
• Coordinate administrative actions with organizational units and external parties
• Draft status reports, correspondence and project documentation
• Support coordination with local authorities, partners, UN agencies and donors

• School diploma with five years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree in political or social sciences, international relations, development studies, migration studies, human rights, law or related fields with three years
• Experience liaising with government authorities, institutions, UN agencies and NGOs
• Experience working with migrants, refugees, displaced people or other vulnerable groups
• Fluency in English and Turkish
