Job Description

UNICEF’s Child Nutrition Fund Management Unit seeks a Programme Associate in Brussels to support its global nutrition portfolio. The associate coordinates grant management, budget monitoring, data analysis, reporting and partnerships, turning portfolio information into actionable insights. The post helps ensure resources and programme delivery accelerate nutrition outcomes for children

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Coordinate grant-management processes for the Child Nutrition Fund portfolio
  • Monitor budgets and programme performance
  • Analyze portfolio data and prepare reports
  • Support implementing-partnership coordination
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing with internal and external partners
  • Coordinate capacity-building events and surge support during emergencies

Role Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by relevant technical, vocational or university studies
  • At least six years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience
  • Fluency in English

Desired Criteria

  • Experience in international organizations or programme support functions
  • Knowledge of SAP, SharePoint, data privacy or AI tools
