Summary of Responsibilities

  • Support planning, implementation and monitoring of Home-Grown School Feeding activities
  • Prepare workplans, distribution plans, budgets, trackers and performance indicators
  • Coordinate with government, schools, farmers, partners and internal WFP units
  • Support market assessments, supplier profiling and local procurement planning
  • Maintain programme records, beneficiary data and supplier-performance information
  • Conduct field monitoring visits and recommend corrective actions
  • Manage partner agreements, reporting and compliance follow-up
  • Prepare reports, donor updates, success stories and analytical inputs

Role Requirements

  • Completion of secondary school education
  • At least six years of progressively responsible programme implementation, school feeding, food security, agriculture, education or community-development experience
  • Fluency in oral and written English

Desired Criteria

  • School meals or commodity management experience
  • Local-procurement and farmer-organization engagement experience
  • Knowledge of local Liberian languages
