Job Description
IOM seeks a Project Assistant for information management and reporting in Cali. The role supports mission-wide monitoring strategy, tracks project activities, indicators and results, and builds monitoring tools and quantitative and qualitative reports. It coordinates timely field-data collection, manages verification files and databases, and provides logistics for training, meetings and workshops.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the mission’s unified monitoring strategy in the territory
- Consolidate and review data inputs for project reports
- Prepare project reporting inputs that meet IOM and donor requirements
- Coordinate timely field-data collection on action lines, management indicators and results
- Maintain digital verification files and databases in an orderly and secure knowledge repository
- Organise logistics for meetings, workshops and monitoring-methodology training
Role Requirements
- High school diploma with five years of relevant experience, or a related bachelor’s degree with three years
- Experience supporting field monitoring activities
- Experience collecting and analysing information and preparing reports
- Fluency in Spanish, spoken and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, statistics, database management and statistical-analysis software

- Experience working with communities
- Ability to explain technical processes to non-technical staff and provide effective technical support
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and personal-data protection standards
