Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and implement monitoring frameworks for current and future projects
- Ensure project procedures and development comply with IOM institutional guidelines
- Analyse donor reporting requirements and ensure accurate information collection
- Compile and present information for IOM, donors and other stakeholders
- Draft project status reports to support implementation
- Coordinate administrative requirements and day-to-day operations with regional teams
- Support mission monitoring and evaluation requirements and project development
- Maintain confidential project records and monitor data integrity
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Political or Social Sciences, Development, Law, International Relations or a similar field with four years of relevant professional experience, or high school degree with six years
- Experience in a similar setting and capacity
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality while performing responsibilities
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools and protocols
- Fluency in English, oral and written
