Senior Monitoring & Evaluation AssociateNew

IOM seeks a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Associate to support monitoring frameworks and reporting for projects assisting beneficiaries of temporary protection in Ireland. The role maintains donor-compliant project information, prepares status reports, coordinates operational support with regional teams, contributes to project development, and protects confidential project data.

• Develop and implement monitoring frameworks for current and future projects
• Ensure project procedures and development comply with IOM institutional guidelines
• Analyse donor reporting requirements and ensure accurate information collection
• Compile and present information for IOM, donors and other stakeholders
• Draft project status reports to support implementation
• Coordinate administrative requirements and day-to-day operations with regional teams
• Support mission monitoring and evaluation requirements and project development
• Maintain confidential project records and monitor data integrity

• Bachelor's degree in Political or Social Sciences, Development, Law, International Relations or a similar field with four years of relevant professional experience, or high school degree with six years
• Experience in a similar setting and capacity
• Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality while performing responsibilities
• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools and protocols
• Fluency in English, oral and written
