Conducts the external final evaluation of IOM Lesotho’s trafficking-in-persons prevention and protection project covering 2023–2026. Requirements
- Advanced university degree in a relevant field
- At least ten years of relevant development-sector experience in Africa
- Experience with theory-based evaluation and outcome harvesting
