The volunteer designs a safeguarding framework for UNFPA's TICTACADOS reproductive-health platform, establishing sexual-exploitation and abuse prevention standards, a code of conduct, confidential reporting and incident procedures, child-specific protections, risk controls and a practical training framework for all actors.

• Define sexual-exploitation and abuse prevention standards for TICTACADOS
• Draft a code of conduct for platform participants and service actors
• Develop measures to prevent exploitation and abuse risks

• Define procedures for managing safeguarding incidents
• Integrate specific protections for minors

• Experience in child protection, human rights, social sciences or an equivalent field
• Experience developing safeguarding or sexual-exploitation and abuse prevention documents in United Nations or non-governmental systems
• Knowledge of United Nations standards on protection from sexual exploitation and abuse
