Responsibilities
- Support implementation of Ukraine’s state policy and government-UN commitments on conflict-related sexual violence
- Develop and review legal, policy and methodological frameworks for prevention, survivor assistance and reparations
- Coordinate ministry engagement with national mechanisms, UN agencies, civil society and development partners
- Strengthen survivor-centred, trauma-informed and gender-responsive referral and case-management services
- Develop training, methodological guidance and knowledge products for social-service professionals
- Monitor commitments and prepare analytical materials, progress reports and policy recommendations
- Engage regional authorities and survivor-support organisations to localise sustainable response systems
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Public Administration, Social Science, International Relations, International Human Rights or a related field
- At least two years of experience in human rights, gender equality, gender-based violence or a related field
- Fluent Ukrainian and working-level English
