Builds UNICEF Moldova’s roster of national child-protection consultants for future assignments. Experts may support research, policy and legal reform, capacity building, digital systems and advocacy across child rights, violence prevention, gender-based violence, family support, social services and child justice.

Department: Child Protection

• Provide technical assistance across child-protection policy, systems and services when engaged
• Conduct research, evaluation, legal or policy work and support evidence-based reforms
• Build institutional capacity and collaborate with authorities, civil society and development partners

• Relevant university degree
• At least five years of relevant professional experience
• Fluency in Romanian
• National consultancy eligibility in Moldova
