Responsibilities

- Structure priority interventions to professionalise social work
- Address regulatory, training and certification gaps
- Incorporate standards, resourcing and workforce-policy priorities
- Coordinate technical meetings and stakeholder workshops
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, humanities, social sciences, public policy or an equivalent field
- At least five years of experience in social work or public-service reform
- Senior-level social-work experience related to child or social protection
- Experience developing national strategic documents
- Knowledge of Burundi’s protection context
- Fluent French and Kirundi
