The role translates commitments into plans, tools and measurable outcomes, embeds survivor-centred practices, coordinates diverse stakeholders, monitors risks and progress, and drives accountability, learning and improvement.

Responsibilities
- Translate SPARC safeguarding ambitions into plans, milestones and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate movement-wide implementation across operational directorates, sections and platforms
- Develop safeguarding guidance, frameworks, templates and operational resources
- Embed safeguarding accountability into organizational and workforce systems
- Monitor implementation risks and drive corrective and improvement actions
- Produce dashboards and governance reports and lead learning and review processes
Requirements
- Master’s degree in international law, human rights or a relevant field, or a bachelor’s degree with significant relevant safeguarding experience
- Three years implementing safeguarding initiatives in operational or country-programme contexts
- Strong understanding of safeguarding risks and monitoring and evaluation
- Ability to lead complex implementation across diverse stakeholders and influence organizational change
- English proficiency
