Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the transition to sustainable business-as-usual operations
  • Develop the transition roadmap, governance, milestones, risks and success indicators
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer, handover and stabilization of routine operations
  • Monitor the approved business case, budget, contracts and programme progress
  • Align operational centres, medical departments and technical working groups
  • Report recommendations to the steering committee and senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent level in public health, medicine, health sciences, international development, social sciences or a related discipline
  • Five years of senior experience managing complex programmes, organisational change or transition projects within MSF country programmes and headquarters
  • Experience managing stakeholders across complex international or matrix organisations
  • Experience developing organisational strategies and governance structures
  • Technical expertise in LGBTQI+ medical inclusion and diversity, equity and inclusion
