Responsibilities
- Design and implement the transition to sustainable business-as-usual operations
- Develop the transition roadmap, governance, milestones, risks and success indicators
- Coordinate knowledge transfer, handover and stabilization of routine operations
- Monitor the approved business case, budget, contracts and programme progress
- Align operational centres, medical departments and technical working groups
- Report recommendations to the steering committee and senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent level in public health, medicine, health sciences, international development, social sciences or a related discipline
- Five years of senior experience managing complex programmes, organisational change or transition projects within MSF country programmes and headquarters
- Experience managing stakeholders across complex international or matrix organisations
- Experience developing organisational strategies and governance structures
- Technical expertise in LGBTQI+ medical inclusion and diversity, equity and inclusion
