Project Manager: transition to new EPM solution

The project manager leads MSF International’s three-year transition from SAP BFC to a cloud enterprise-performance platform, directing selection, implementation, data migration, finance integration, governance, budgets, vendors and organizational change across the MSF movement.

Department: International Office — International Finance Team

• Define the EPM transition scope, roadmap and delivery plan
• Control implementation quality, milestones, resources and risks
• Oversee secure financial-data migration and system integration
• Manage the project budget and collective funding requests
• Lead steering governance, reporting and change communications
• Run vendor selection, contracting and delivery acceptance
• Supervise the business analyst and coordinate project contributors

• At least ten years of experience working with business applications
• At least four years of project-management experience
• Experience selecting vendors for business applications
• Project, change, stakeholder, communications, budget, cost and risk-management experience
• Experience managing external vendors and contracts
• Experience steering projects in complex organizations
• English fluency

• The assignment may be contracted as fixed-term employment or consultancy at 100%, subject to the employment rules of the contracting MSF entity
