Business Innovation senior manager

Leads business innovation and organisational transformation assignments for WFP country offices and senior UN leaders, directing analysis, operating-model design and change delivery while supervising consultants, advancing UN reform initiatives and developing new advisory work.

Department: Business Innovation Unit / UN Advisory Alliance

• Lead two to four business innovation and transformation projects concurrently
• Advise senior leaders on organisational priorities and actionable recommendations
• Direct financial, operational and organisational analysis for country offices
• Guide inter-agency UN reform initiatives and stakeholder engagement
• Supervise and develop teams of business innovation consultants
• Source new advisory projects and strengthen knowledge management

• Degree in business, economics or engineering preferred
• About ten years of progressively responsible national or international experience
• At least ten years of experience in change management, management consulting or finance
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
• Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

• Assignment duration is six to eleven months
