Supports IOM’s prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment work by monitoring activities, strengthening partner capacity, delivering awareness initiatives and analysing programme data. The role helps embed survivor-centred safeguards across country-office programmes and partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Monitor implementation of PSEAH activities across IOM programmes
- Systematise data on prevention and response actions
- Assess partner capacity and develop PSEAH strengthening plans
- Deliver training and support country PSEAH focal points
- Develop communication and awareness materials on prohibited conduct and reporting
- Analyse PSEAH data and prepare reports, presentations and knowledge products
- Organise meetings, workshops and training with key stakeholders
Requirements
- High school diploma with five years of relevant experience, or a relevant university degree with three years of experience
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced people or other vulnerable groups
- Professional experience supporting protection, prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse, or gender-based violence work
- Experience monitoring and analysing quantitative and qualitative information
- Experience applying a gender perspective and working with communities, civil society and government entities
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish
- Venezuelan citizenship or legal residence and authorisation to work in Venezuela
