Responsibilities
- Integrate cross-cutting inclusion priorities into coordination products and workplans
- Coordinate AAP, gender, PSEA and localization focal-point collaboration
- Improve analytical templates, dashboards and internal guidance
- Use disaggregated data and community insights in humanitarian analysis
- Embed thematic issues in national and sub-national coordination processes
- Engage local NGOs, women-led groups, disability organizations and government
- Develop collective community-engagement and feedback approaches
- Facilitate training and track thematic-integration progress
Requirements
- Experience in humanitarian affairs, coordination, programme support or community engagement
- Experience in at least two of AAP, localization, humanitarian gender, disability inclusion, protection mainstreaming or partner capacity strengthening
- English proficiency
