External Evaluator Consultant

Conduct the joint final evaluation of the FAIR-VALUE project in the Bangsamoro region of the Philippines. The consultant will lead the evaluation methodology, collect and analyse data, assess results and higher-level effects, document lessons and recommendations, coordinate interviews and focus groups, and deliver inception, draft and final evaluation reports, presentations, an evaluation brief and a management-response matrix.
