Job Description
Coordinates project implementation and monitoring in Caracas, combining administrative, financial and operational follow-up with data analysis and reporting. The role supports work planning, budgets and information systems; liaises with partners and authorities; monitors implementing partners; and prepares reports, briefings and documentation to strengthen programme delivery and accountability.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Assist with implementation and monitoring of project activities
- Compile, analyse and present information and data on project topics
- Monitor budgets, approvals and budget-related information
- Coordinate administrative actions with organisational units and external parties
- Draft status reports, identify delivery gaps and recommend remedial action
- Prepare correspondence, reports, briefing notes, graphics and statistical tables
- Coordinate with authorities, partners, UN agencies, donors and other stakeholders
- Monitor implementing partners and provide guidance to junior staff
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or a related field with three years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with five years
- Fluency in Spanish, oral and written
