Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer

IFRC seeks a PMER Officer in Caracas to lead planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting for the Venezuela earthquake response, build MEAL systems and dashboards, assure data quality and donor reports, coordinate partners and strengthen National Society capacity.

• Maintain emergency appeal and MEAL plans
• Design monitoring frameworks and field missions
• Coordinate evaluations and learning
• Produce compliant donor reports

• Relevant bachelor degree
• Three to five years relevant PMER experience
• Advanced English and Spanish
• Monitoring and evaluation systems experience
