Monitoring and Evaluation Senior Officer

Implements monitoring and evaluation systems for UNOPS projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The officer develops M&E plans, collects and analyses data, coordinates studies and evaluations, reviews partner reports, supports corrective action and builds partner capacity for evidence-based delivery and accountability.

Department: Central Africa Multi-Country Office

• Develop and implement project M&E strategies and plans
• Collect data and coordinate baseline and feasibility studies
• Prepare field-monitoring plans and consolidated reports
• Review partner reporting and address delivery gaps
• Support evaluations and corrective-action planning
• Strengthen partner M&E capacity and systems

• Relevant bachelor degree plus four years, or master degree plus two years
• Monitoring, evaluation, data analysis or project-support experience
• French and English

• Work arrangement: onsite.
• Contract duration: 24 months.
