Overview

Supports UNODC’s implementation of Ukraine’s 2026–2030 national organised-crime strategy through project planning, delivery and monitoring. The officer tracks scope, budget, schedule and quality, coordinates missions and stakeholders, assures reports and deliverables, manages risks and audits, and captures project learning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update implementation plans covering outputs, budgets, schedules and quality
  • Coordinate logistical and operational support for missions, workshops and dialogues
  • Integrate sustainability, social inclusion, gender equality and HSSE standards
  • Monitor scope, cost, schedule, quality indicators and corrective actions
  • Coordinate narrative and financial reporting and maintain dashboards
  • Quality-assure deliverables, reports and audit documentation
  • Build relationships with authorities, donors, partners and grantees
  • Organise steering committees, consultations and project-management learning sessions
  • Conduct field monitoring and project-management research

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with four years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with two years
  • Relevant project-management or related experience
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools and web-based management systems
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Ukrainian
