Overview
UNOPS seeks a Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst in Yangon to design and maintain the Community Resilience Project database, integrate partner data, build dashboards and reports, verify results, conduct data-quality assessments, support surveys and train partners in evidence and database management.

Responsibilities
- Design and administer a secure database covering activities, beneficiaries, indicators and geographic data
- Create data-collection tools, entry protocols, reporting frameworks and interactive dashboards
- Consolidate implementing-partner data and maintain accuracy, consistency and longitudinal records
- Verify results, analyse performance and produce real-time, quarterly, annual and donor reports
- Conduct routine data-quality assessments and support baseline, midterm and end-line surveys
- Train partner monitoring staff and maintain a repository of lessons for adaptive management
Requirements
- A relevant bachelor's degree with two years of experience or a relevant master's degree with one year of experience
- Experience in research, data analytics, programming or a related area
- Experience analysing data and producing reports
- Extensive experience with Excel, BigQuery, Google Data Studio and Power Query for databases, interfaces, quality, security and reporting
- Fluent English and Burmese
