Job Description
Supports UNFPA Indonesia's final evaluation of the BERANI II joint programme across preparation, design, fieldwork, reporting and dissemination. The consultant assists the evaluation team with methodology, theory of change, questions, data-collection tools and analysis, contributes to reports and presentations, and helps facilitate use of the findings by programme partners.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support evaluation methodology, theory of change and evaluation-question development
- Develop evaluation matrices, data-collection methods, tools and indicators
- Participate in site visits, interviews, group discussions and document review
- Support analysis, dissemination and use of evaluation findings
- Provide administrative support and contribute evaluation reports and presentations
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in development studies, population studies, economics, monitoring and evaluation, social sciences, public health or a related discipline
- One to five years of work experience in monitoring and evaluation, research or social studies in international development
- Fluent written and spoken English
Desired Criteria
- Evaluation certificate or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of BERANI II or UN mandates and activities
- Interest in developing as an evaluator
