Job Description
Conducts the gender equality and women's empowerment component of UNFPA Indonesia's final evaluation of the BERANI II joint programme. The consultant shapes evaluation methodology and fieldwork, reviews documents and gathers evidence from stakeholders, analyses gender and rights outcomes, and contributes reports and recommendations for the PUNOS programme partners.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Contribute to the methodology and work plan for the final evaluation
- Review documents and conduct stakeholder interviews and group discussions
- Undertake data collection and analysis on gender equality and women's empowerment
- Provide substantive inputs to evaluation reports and deliverables
- Submit inception, field-phase and final evaluation presentations and reports
Role Requirements
- Master's degree in women or gender studies, human rights law, social sciences, development studies or a related field
- At least five years of experience in evaluation, review, assessment, research or monitoring and evaluation in international development
- Fluent written and spoken English

- Familiarity with BERANI II or UN mandates and activities
