BERANI II Final Evaluation - Sexual and Reproductive Health and Reproductive Rights Expert

Conducts the sexual and reproductive health and reproductive rights component of UNFPA Indonesia's final evaluation of the BERANI II joint programme. The consultant shapes the methodology and fieldwork, reviews documents and gathers evidence from stakeholders, analyses findings on integrated SRHR services and contributes evaluation reports and recommendations for the PUNOS partners.

• Contribute to evaluation methodology and work-plan development
• Review programme documents and conduct stakeholder interviews and group discussions
• Undertake data collection and analysis for the SRHRR thematic area
• Provide substantive inputs to evaluation deliverables
• Submit inception, field-phase and final evaluation presentations and reports

• Master's degree in public health, medicine, health economics and financing, epidemiology, biostatistics, social sciences or a related field
• At least five years of experience in evaluation, review, assessment, research or monitoring and evaluation in international development
• Fluent written and spoken English

• Familiarity with BERANI II or UN mandates and activities
