Job Description
Leads monitoring, evaluation and learning support for IUCN conservation and environmental programmes in the Maldives. The officer will develop indicators, manage and analyse programme data, conduct baseline studies and surveys, prepare analytical reports and translate complex performance evidence into practical insights that strengthen results-based management, donor reporting and project decisions across multiple partners.

Summary of Responsibilities

Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of monitoring, evaluation and learning experience
- Experience in results-based management, indicator development and performance tracking
- Fluency in English and Dhivehi
- Strong Excel and data-management skills
Desired Criteria
- M&E or project-management certification
- Experience with environmental and social safeguards monitoring
- Experience working with Maldives government, civil society or community stakeholders
