Job Description

Supports monitoring, evaluation, research and programme reporting for UNDP in Armenia. The associate will maintain evidence and reporting tools, analyse programme and financial data, contribute to evaluation and learning frameworks, and provide reliable monitoring information that helps teams assess results, improve implementation and communicate progress to national and international stakeholders.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Maintain monitoring, evaluation and reporting tools
  • Prepare financial reports and programme overviews
  • Analyse research and programme data
  • Support evaluation and learning framework development
  • Contribute to project monitoring and implementation processes

Role Requirements

  • Secondary education with 7 years or bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, data analysis or programme support
  • Fluency in English and Armenian
  • Experience using office software, spreadsheets, databases and web-based management systems

Desired Criteria

  • Experience developing M&E and learning frameworks
  • Experience in quantitative, qualitative and mixed-methods research
  • Knowledge of internationally accepted policy evaluation methods
