Job Description
Supports UN Women Myanmar Country Office to embed monitoring and reporting in programme formulation and track Strategic Plan results. The NOB analyst develops indicators, calendars and plans; standardises field data; supports partner monitoring frameworks and baseline surveys; drafts reports; coordinates evaluation planning; and builds results-based management and monitoring capacity.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop monitoring indicators, calendars, field plans and quality-assurance processes
- Support partners to develop performance monitoring frameworks and baseline surveys
- Coordinate standardised collection and analysis of field-visit data
- Monitor partner submissions and provide management briefs
- Facilitate internal and external reporting and draft donor and programme reports
- Coordinate implementation of the country-office evaluation plan
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in Political or Social Science, Economics, International Development Studies, Gender/Women’s Studies or a related field
- At least 2 years of progressively responsible monitoring and reporting experience in development projects or programmes
- Experience using office software, spreadsheet and database packages, and web-based management systems
- Fluency in English and Burmese
Desired Criteria
- UN-system and field experience are desirable
- Project or programme management certification is an added advantage
