Job Description
Supports UN Women Moldova’s Women in Leadership and Gender Sensitive Governance and Budgets portfolio through programme design, implementation and monitoring. The Programme Analyst will manage workplans and reporting, strengthen results-based management, supervise staff, contribute to resource mobilisation and develop products that advance gender-responsive governance and women’s leadership.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Contribute to programme strategies for women’s leadership and gender-sensitive governance and budgets
- Support programme and project design, proposals and annual workplans
- Lead programme activities and coordinate calls for proposals and technical review committees
- Monitor partner financial and narrative reports and train partners on results-based management
- Track implementation progress and finances using results-based management tools
- Prepare donor and UN Women reports, technical documents and resource-mobilisation materials
- Supervise Programme Associates and oversee consultants’ work
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in social sciences, human rights, gender or women’s studies, international development or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional qualifying years
- At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in development programme or project implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation, donor reporting and capacity building
- Experience using MS Word, Excel, office software, spreadsheet and database packages and web-based management systems
- Fluency in English and Romanian
Desired Criteria
- Project or programme management certification
- Experience in women’s leadership and gender-sensitive governance and budgets
- Experience coordinating with government agencies or donors
- Experience using Oracle Cloud or another modern web-based ERP system
