Summary of Responsibilities
- Contribute to programme strategies and proposals
- Coordinate programme implementation and partner reporting
- Train partners on results-based management
- Monitor programme results and indicators
- Monitor budgets and financial reports
- Support resource-mobilization documentation
- Support interagency coordination and advocacy activities
Role Requirements
- Master's degree in social sciences, human rights, gender studies, international development or a related field
- First-level degree plus two additional years may replace the advanced degree
- At least 1 year in programme implementation, monitoring and evaluation, donor reporting or capacity building on gender equality
- Fluency in English and Turkish
Desired Criteria
- Programme-management certification
- Gender-responsive planning and budgeting experience
- Policy analysis and legislative-review experience
- Experience liaising with government, civil society or donors
- UN-system experience
