Summary of Responsibilities
- Assess PSEA capacity of implementing and responsible partners
- Compare self-assessment and external-assessment scores
- Provide tailored PSEA capacity-gap recommendations
- Facilitate PSEA trainings and briefings
- Maintain training records and capacity-building plans
- Support SEA risk assessments and response-mechanism mapping
Role Requirements

- Knowledge of SEA and SH prevention principles and standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive processes
