Summary of Responsibilities

  • Assess PSEA capacity of implementing and responsible partners
  • Compare self-assessment and external-assessment scores
  • Provide tailored PSEA capacity-gap recommendations
  • Facilitate PSEA trainings and briefings
  • Maintain training records and capacity-building plans
  • Support SEA risk assessments and response-mechanism mapping

  • Knowledge of SEA and SH prevention principles and standards
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive processes
