Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to national PSEA-H consultants
- Support partner PSEA capacity assessments and recommendations
- Develop and facilitate PSEA training and awareness activities
- Support SEA risk assessments and mitigation measures
- Coordinate with UN Women teams, partners and contractors
- Maintain confidential records and timely technical documentation
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in social development, gender studies, rule of law, human rights or a related field
- At least seven years of professional experience in PSEA/SH, GBV prevention and protection, gender mainstreaming, humanitarian affairs or related work
- English fluency
Desired Criteria
- In-country PSEA focal-point or coordinator experience
- Afghanistan-context experience
