Summary of Responsibilities
- Advise senior leadership on a collective in-country PSEAH strategy
- Facilitate the inter-agency Sexual Misconduct Working Group
- Develop inter-agency complaint-referral SOPs
- Conduct PSEAH risk assessment and provide recommendations
- Train focal points and complaint-channel personnel
- Provide technical guidance on allegation and survivor referrals
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in social sciences, international development, gender studies, human rights, law, public policy, social work, psychology, international relations or related field
- At least five years of relevant experience with advanced degree, or seven years with bachelor degree
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
- Knowledge of Viet Nam PSEAH legal and institutional framework
Desired Criteria
- Humanitarian or development field experience
- UN system and IASC familiarity
- Administrative investigation-procedure familiarity
- Data protection and confidentiality familiarity
