Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop a monthly social-media publication plan
- Produce multimedia content for Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
- Publish weekly website stories on agency work
- Monitor social-media performance and propose audience-growth actions
- Alert the team to audience interactions and reputational risks
- Support communication coverage for major events and update the website
Role Requirements
- Higher academic degree in Journalism, Social Communication or a related field
- At least six months of social-media and community-manager experience
- High oral and written Spanish communication ability
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of the Cuban press system
- Video and infographic production and editing
- Canva and basic editing-software skills
