Summary of Responsibilities

  • Review the MDT Training Programme, curriculum and existing methodological resources
  • Develop facilitator guidance, trainer presentations and participant training materials
  • Develop a training evaluation toolkit with knowledge assessments and participant evaluation forms
  • Integrate survivor-centred, gender-responsive, trauma-informed and inclusive approaches in all materials
  • Facilitate consultations with the GBV Agency, UN Women, UNICEF and relevant stakeholders
  • Finalize the materials and evaluation toolkit and prepare a report with lessons and recommendations

Role Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social sciences, gender studies or another field relevant to the terms of reference, or first-level university degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
  • At least five years of professional experience ending violence against women and domestic violence or advancing gender equality
  • Experience developing or revising curricula, training programmes, facilitator guides, methodological tools or capacity-development materials
  • Fluency in written and spoken Romanian and English

Desired Criteria

  • Experience engaging national stakeholders, public institutions, service providers, academia or civil society
  • Experience working with UN agencies, international organizations or donor-funded programmes
  • Knowledge of Russian
