Summary of Responsibilities
- Review the MDT Training Programme, curriculum and existing methodological resources
- Develop facilitator guidance, trainer presentations and participant training materials
- Develop a training evaluation toolkit with knowledge assessments and participant evaluation forms
- Integrate survivor-centred, gender-responsive, trauma-informed and inclusive approaches in all materials
- Facilitate consultations with the GBV Agency, UN Women, UNICEF and relevant stakeholders
- Finalize the materials and evaluation toolkit and prepare a report with lessons and recommendations
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in social sciences, gender studies or another field relevant to the terms of reference, or first-level university degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least five years of professional experience ending violence against women and domestic violence or advancing gender equality
- Experience developing or revising curricula, training programmes, facilitator guides, methodological tools or capacity-development materials
- Fluency in written and spoken Romanian and English
Desired Criteria
- Experience engaging national stakeholders, public institutions, service providers, academia or civil society
- Experience working with UN agencies, international organizations or donor-funded programmes
- Knowledge of Russian
