Adapts the Papa Schools Manual for use in Kosovo, aligning it with local gender-equality policy, cultural context and family needs. The consultant reviews and edits the Albanian translation, contextualises terminology, examples and activities, and produces a quality-assured manual for facilitator training. The assignment supports positive fatherhood, shared care and more equal gender norms.
