National Project Coordinator, Markets for Change

UN Women seeks an NPSA-9 Country Lead in Tarawa to manage the Markets for Change project, supervise the Kiribati team, oversee workplans budgets and partners, monitor results and donor reporting, build capacity and lead advocacy and resource mobilization.

• Lead project strategy and implementation
• Manage workplans budgets and partner reports
• Supervise staff and build partner capacity
• Coordinate monitoring advocacy and resource mobilization

• Master degree with two years, or bachelor degree with four years, in a relevant field
• Experience in programme formulation implementation monitoring and reporting
• Ability to lead team members
• English fluency
• Kiribati nationality
