Responsibilities

  • Design private-sector engagement strategies and programme proposals
  • Lead programme activities, partner calls, technical reviews and capacity assessments
  • Advise companies and partners on women's economic empowerment and gender-responsive workplaces
  • Monitor implementation, budgets, partner reports and results-based management
  • Prepare donor reports, briefs, speeches, knowledge products and analytical updates
  • Build partnerships with private-sector, government, donor and civil-society actors
  • Coordinate advocacy campaigns, events, training and resource-mobilisation efforts

Requirements

  • Master's degree in economics, business administration, business relations, social sciences or a relevant field, or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of experience
  • At least two years of progressively responsible programme implementation, coordination, monitoring, donor reporting and capacity-building experience
  • Experience with gender and private-sector programmes
  • Experience advising the private sector on women's economic empowerment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Jordanian nationality
