Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the programme monitoring, evaluation and learning framework
- Quality-assure results frameworks, SMART indicators and gender-sensitive measures
- Create methodological notes, calendars, baselines and field-monitoring plans
- Coordinate data collection, analysis, quarterly and annual reporting across Pacific countries
- Review partner reports and integrate evaluation findings into programme decisions
- Support programme evaluations and country-office donor-agreement clearance
- Build staff and partner capacity in results-based management and evaluation
Requirements
- Master's degree in political or social science, economics, international development or gender studies, or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of experience
- At least five years with a master's degree or seven years with a bachelor's degree in monitoring and reporting for development programmes
- Office, spreadsheet, database and web-based management-system experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Fijian nationality
