Monitoring and Reporting Specialist – Ending Violence Against Women and Girls

UN Women specialist leading monitoring, evaluation, learning and results reporting for the Pacific Partnership to End Violence Against Women and Girls, developing frameworks, indicators, data systems, evaluations, management briefs and partner capacity across Pacific countries.

Department: Fiji Multi-Country Office, EVAWG Unit

• Develop and manage the programme monitoring, evaluation and learning framework
• Quality-assure results frameworks, SMART indicators and gender-sensitive measures
• Create methodological notes, calendars, baselines and field-monitoring plans
• Coordinate data collection, analysis, quarterly and annual reporting across Pacific countries
• Review partner reports and integrate evaluation findings into programme decisions
• Support programme evaluations and country-office donor-agreement clearance
• Build staff and partner capacity in results-based management and evaluation

• Master's degree in political or social science, economics, international development or gender studies, or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of experience
• At least five years with a master's degree or seven years with a bachelor's degree in monitoring and reporting for development programmes
• Office, spreadsheet, database and web-based management-system experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Fijian nationality
