Responsibilities
- Monitor project delivery against workplans, budgets, targets and donor requirements
- Conduct field visits and quality checks across shelter, WASH, health, education and protection
- Coordinate implementing partners, local authorities, communities and humanitarian actors
- Verify beneficiary targeting, technical standards, safeguarding and inclusive access
- Operate community feedback and accountability mechanisms and document concerns
- Collect and validate results data for progress reports, evaluations and audits
- Identify operational and security risks and recommend corrective measures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, development studies, social sciences, public administration, public health, education, humanitarian action, international development or a related field
- At least five years of progressively responsible project implementation, monitoring, coordination and programme-management experience
- Experience monitoring multisector humanitarian, recovery, resilience or community interventions
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Ability to operate in a complex humanitarian environment and travel within project locations
