The associate supports Colombian post-secondary education initiatives by coordinating institutions and territorial actors, analysing education-to-work transitions, implementing vocational guidance, tracking plans and indicators, identifying delivery risks, and converting technical evidence into reports and shared learning.

Responsibilities
- Support implementation of post-secondary education and school-to-work initiatives
- Analyse transitions from secondary education into higher and vocational pathways
- Coordinate educational institutions, training entities and territorial actors
- Implement vocational and occupational guidance for young people and priority groups
- Adapt education and guidance methodologies to territorial contexts
- Monitor work plans, outputs and indicators and identify operational risks
- Consolidate technical information for reports, presentations and knowledge products
- Support training, knowledge networks and communities of practice
Requirements
- Secondary education with at least seven years of relevant experience, or university degree in a relevant field with at least four years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting educational projects related to secondary, post-secondary or vocational education
- Experience implementing education policies or transition strategies in Colombia
- Experience tracking work plans, schedules, products and indicators
- Experience coordinating institutional and territorial education actors
- Fluency in Spanish
