Responsibilities
- Plan and manage WASH programme results, workplans, budgets and donor commitments
- Provide technical oversight for water, sanitation and hygiene infrastructure rehabilitation
- Coordinate implementing partners, government counterparts and service providers
- Monitor field delivery, risks, indicators and beneficiary results using results-based management
- Prepare donor reports, programme updates and evidence for strategic decisions
- Support emergency WASH preparedness, response and recovery in fragile settings
- Strengthen climate-resilient and sustainable WASH service delivery
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in engineering, environmental sciences, water, public health, social sciences, sanitary engineering or a related field
- At least five years of relevant WASH experience in developing countries, including donor-funded programming
- At least one year of field or deployment experience
- Fluency in English
