Responsibilities
- Monitor implementing partners through structured plans and monthly reviews
- Analyse partner delivery across education, child protection and WASH interventions
- Support assurance activities including visits, spot checks, audits and cash-transfer liquidation
- Coordinate programme planning, results-based management and donor reporting
- Conduct field visits and resolve delivery bottlenecks with government and NGO partners
- Represent UNICEF in Bamenda inter-agency and humanitarian coordination forums
- Capture lessons, develop advocacy materials and build partner capacity
Requirements
- Relevant education in education, psychology, sociology, economics, international relations or a related field
- At least two years of professional experience in relevant national programmes
- Excellent drafting, reporting and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office, email and internet tools
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a conflict-affected non-family duty station
