Responsibilities

  • Monitor implementing partners through structured plans and monthly reviews
  • Analyse partner delivery across education, child protection and WASH interventions
  • Support assurance activities including visits, spot checks, audits and cash-transfer liquidation
  • Coordinate programme planning, results-based management and donor reporting
  • Conduct field visits and resolve delivery bottlenecks with government and NGO partners
  • Represent UNICEF in Bamenda inter-agency and humanitarian coordination forums
  • Capture lessons, develop advocacy materials and build partner capacity

Requirements

  • Relevant education in education, psychology, sociology, economics, international relations or a related field
  • At least two years of professional experience in relevant national programmes
  • Excellent drafting, reporting and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office, email and internet tools
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a conflict-affected non-family duty station
