Responsibilities
- Lead coordination, technical management and partnership delivery of YOMA as a global digital solution
- Manage the integrated roadmap and ecosystem architecture across YOMA, Youth Digital Identity and the Impacts Exchange
- Advance the platform’s transition toward Digital Public Good and Digital Public Infrastructure principles
- Plan Youth Digital Identity integrations and coordinate opportunity, credential and impact pipelines
- Deliver remote technical assistance to country offices and national Generation Unlimited platforms
- Build government, donor, private-sector and technology partnerships
- Translate platform adoption into implementation plans, measurable results and youth livelihood outcomes
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in computer science, information systems, digital transformation, innovation management, data science, business administration, public policy, international development, engineering, social sciences or a related field
- At least eight years of relevant experience managing digital-product roadmaps, technology partnerships, platform integrations, partner onboarding, technical assistance or digital transformation
- Experience coordinating digital-platform implementation and ecosystem development in complex multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to deliver technical support and operational coordination across stakeholders and geographic contexts
- Strong digital-product and platform-management capabilities
- Fluency in English
