Responsibilities

  • Design gender-statistics and women’s economic-empowerment programmes
  • Manage annual workplans, budgets and technical implementation
  • Guide partners on results frameworks and performance indicators
  • Coordinate technical assistance, training and capacity development
  • Monitor programme delivery, finances and field missions
  • Build donor partnerships and resource-mobilisation strategies
  • Develop policy briefs, advocacy products and knowledge resources

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in statistics, economics, econometrics, data science, mathematics, international development or a related field, or a first degree with two additional years of experience
  • At least five years of progressively responsible experience designing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development projects
  • Technical experience in gender statistics focused on women’s economic empowerment
  • Experience with office, spreadsheet, database and web-based management systems
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Jordanian nationality
