Overview
Leads UN Women Jordan’s gender-statistics work with a focus on women’s economic empowerment, managing programme design, budgets, implementation and reporting while strengthening national data capacity, partnerships, resource mobilisation, policy use, advocacy and knowledge products.

Responsibilities
- Design gender-statistics and women’s economic-empowerment programmes
- Manage annual workplans, budgets and technical implementation
- Guide partners on results frameworks and performance indicators
- Coordinate technical assistance, training and capacity development
- Monitor programme delivery, finances and field missions
- Build donor partnerships and resource-mobilisation strategies
- Develop policy briefs, advocacy products and knowledge resources
Requirements
- Master’s degree in statistics, economics, econometrics, data science, mathematics, international development or a related field, or a first degree with two additional years of experience
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience designing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development projects
- Technical experience in gender statistics focused on women’s economic empowerment
- Experience with office, spreadsheet, database and web-based management systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Jordanian nationality
