Responsibilities
- Monitor technical, financial and operational delivery across the Norte de Santander project portfolio
- Compile and analyse project indicators for programme, donor and monitoring reports
- Track territorial activities, outputs, risks and corrective actions
- Design territorial interventions addressing gender-based violence, peacebuilding and humanitarian priorities
- Represent UN Women in inter-agency, protection and humanitarian coordination mechanisms
- Build partnerships with public institutions, women’s organisations, civil society, academia and the private sector
- Provide technical assistance on gender-responsive policies, survivor services and local protection mechanisms
- Support women’s organisations and networks to strengthen participation, advocacy and collective action
Requirements
- University degree in social sciences, humanities, law, psychology, social work, political science, international relations or a related field
- Three years of professional experience designing, implementing, monitoring or strengthening gender-based violence prevention, mitigation or response programmes
- At least one year of specific work experience in Norte de Santander
- Fluency in Spanish
